Video of Alleged Spilling by Tanker Truck

I’ll let you make up your own minds on this one, but it doesn’t look good to me. I doubt this is fabricated, and looks like serious negligence at the very least. Courtesy of the folks over at Bakkenwatch.org.

Regardless of how you feel about oil production in the Bakken, or oil production in general, at the very least it is extremely bad business for the companies involved not to use the best practices possible. They’re potentially shooting themselves in the foot by not taking negligence seriously. And, despite the recent false alarm about the EPA shutting down fracking, it is not beyond the realm of possibility that something like that could happen.

This video is bogus. Look that the trucks valves in the back. . .they are capped. If the valve was open, the back of the trailer would be covered with wet product. . .its dry. Look at the video when the “she idiot” pulls forward to get the license plate number. . .the spill trail is in front of the truck! Look when the truck goes around the corner. . .the spill trail is outside of the turn radius of the truck. Someone did spill on the road. . .just not the truck they accused. . .
